622cII Triggers (pair)

The new Yongnuo 622c II transceivers take the original 622c and make slight improvements on them. A micro USB port is now available for updating the firmware. They now have a slide lock for easy securing to your camera or speedlight mount. They also have included 560 rx mode. Meaning, it is now compatible with the 560-tx controller (max sync speed 1/250).  

The 622c transceivers are a game changer when it comes to off camera flash. These guys can function both as transmitters and receivers. Wireless radio signal communication allows you to look past the restrictive infrared system that Canon uses in most of it's cameras. They are even better when used with the 622c-tx controller, which gives you the control at the touch of a button on the top of your camera. However, if you opt to just use the transceivers, that is possible thanks in part to Canon's decision to add the external flash control menu to most of its line of cameras manufactured after 2012. So, if you are good with going into the camera menus to make changes, all you need are the 622c transceivers. However, if you want seamless control that is extremely convenient and adds the ability to do rear curtain sync, add the 622c-tx to your shopping cart as well. You won't regret it!
